HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

It is important that you (primary member) set up your MDLive account ahead of time so it is ready for you to use when you need it. Use a valid email to verify and confirm your registration to activate your account.

This can be done one of two ways, but the preferred way is to set it up online:

1. Online setup – See instructions on the attached form. – This is the preferred signup method.

  • Go to www.247drconsult.com
  • Click “ACTIVATE NOW”
  • Enter your Last name and your Date of Birth
  • It should populate with your name and some basic information on the next page, complete any missing information
  • Create a username and password
  • Your Access activation is complete
  • COMPLETE YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION – THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP
  • DO NOT ENTER A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD – COMPLETELY IGNORE THIS SECTION

An activation email will be sent to the email address that was entered. Please click on the “Verify E-mail” to finish activating your account.

2. At this point, you can download the MDLive App from the app store on your smart phone or tablet. – This is NOT the preferred method to signup – you will experience some difficulties if you choose this method.

  • Download the MDLive App from the app store
  • Open MDLive App
  • Click the Green “Create Account” button
  • Create a username and password and click “Done”
  • Click Next
  • Enter information
  • Click Verify
  • You should get “Thank You”
  • Choose “Access Account”
  • Update health records/add Family members, etc.
  • Again, DO NOT ENTER A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD – COMPLETELY IGNORE THIS SECTION

Once you have completed your account setup, entered your family members, and updated your medical information and history, you are ready to use the service.

To use the service you can choose one of three methods:

THIS SERVICE IS FREE IF YOU PARTICIPATE IN AMPLE GROUP.

As a general rule of thumb, if you hear that a member has a co-pay... the majority of the time they registered incorrectly.
